This is the first children’s house in Japan where you can stay overnight – a fun facility where you can learn and play and sleep over. The top floor holds a 90cm reflecting telescope, and visitors can attend stargazing sessions curated by experts. The facility also offers a playroom filled with toys, the Buddy Wing where crafts and events such as puppet shows are held, and a reading room that holds everything from picture books to technical books on astronomy. The facility’s Kirakira restaurant uses local seasonal ingredients in its authentic cuisine.Experience: StargazingOn a clear night, you can view the night’s heavenly bodies through the 90cm telescope.
